What types of hauling services do you provide?

Beyond Living as part of its Furniture for Good mission along with its workforce development programs provide donation pickup, junk removal and full clean outs. We love partnering with real estate agents, contractors, property managers, and other organizations that have continuous needs for hauling services.

How do individuals in need gain access to furniture collected?

Those in need to receive gifted furniture request items through your website link (which tracks orders to your orgnaizaiton) or through our main Furniture for GoodTM website https://ffg.beyondliving.org

What are the service areas?

Furniture for Good services all of the Las Vegas valley including Henderson and North Las Vegas

Can I buy ad space above and beyond my earned space?

Yes, you can always purchase advertising space so you can ensure you are always gaining visibility in the community with your support for the Furniture for Good mission.

Are you insured?

Yes! Beyond Living is licensed, bonded and insured.

Will the compensation and advertising credits be subject to Unrelated Business Income Tax (UBIT)?

For organizations engaged in social services, churches, fundraising organizations, or any organization that align with Beyond Living's mission (human/social support services or otherwise have a purpose to raise funds), payments and advertising credits received through this program should generally be exempt from Unrelated Business Income Tax (UBIT) as they relate to substantially related activities.

However, for organizations whose missions do not directly relate to social services or community support (such as animal shelters or other non-related missions), payments and advertising credits received may be considered Unrelated Business Income (UBI) and subject to UBIT. We recommend consulting with your tax advisor to determine the tax treatment based on your specific mission and organizational structure. Beyond Living will provide appropriate tax documentation (such as Form 1099) as required by law.
