All plans are subscription-based and renew monthly. You can cancel without penalty by providing at least 10 days notice before your next renewal.
With commitment plans (3-month, 6-month, or 12-month), you cannot cancel without penalty until your minimum commitment is completed. In exchange, you lock in a lower monthly rate—not just during your commitment period, but for every consecutive month after.
The longer you commit, the lower your rate. And that rate stays yours as long as you remain a sponsor.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the process and timing for my ad to launch?
Once you complete your sponsor enrollment, you'll receive instructions on how to submit your ad content (logo, tagline/URL, etc.). Our team will design your banner and send it to you for review and approval. Once approved, we'll add it to our next production run—typically within 7-14 days—and your ad will begin appearing on the trailer.
Can I change my logo or information later?
Yes! You can update your ad content anytime by contacting our team. As an existing sponsor, the production fee is reduced to $75 (vs. $125 for new sponsors). If your ad appears on multiple trailers (uncommon), the production fee applies per trailer.
How can I track my ad performance?
You'll receive a tracking dashboard showing the dates, hours, and zip codes where your ad appeared. Ads rotate on trailers in 10-hour blocks, and we track the start and end zip codes for each run (your ad will likely travel through additional zip codes in between). Routes vary by time of day, so you'll see different neighborhood coverage across trips.
Bonus: The 10-hour timer pauses after 10 minutes of idle time, so you get extra exposure during stops—but this bonus time doesn't count against your allocated hours.
What happens if I need to cancel before my commitment period ends?
If you cancel early on a commitment plan, you'll be charged:
1) The difference between your discounted rate and the standard rate for each month you received the discount
2) A $75 early cancellation fee
You must cancel at least 10 days before your next billing date.
Example: If you chose the 3-month plan ($309/month vs. $325 standard) and cancel after 2 months, you'd owe: [($325-$309) × 2 months] + $75 = $107
Can I upgrade to more hours or a longer commitment later?
Yes! You can upgrade your plan anytime—more space, more hours, or a longer commitment. Your new rate will take effect on your next billing cycle and lock in for the length of your new commitment.
Downgrading: If you reduce hours or space, you'll keep your current commitment discount level (3-month, 6-month, or 12-month rate) as long as you maintain continuous payments without gaps.
Example: If you've been at the 6-month rate (10% off) for 40 hours and drop to 20 hours, you'll still get the 10% discount at the lower tier—your loyalty is rewarded.
How many sponsors are on each trailer? (Can I be the only sponsor?)
Most trailer signs have 4 advertising slots per side (each side is a separate sign). The actual number of sponsors will be 1-4 depending on how many single or double slots are used.
Want exclusive visibility? You can secure all 4 slots at a special solo sponsor rate, giving you a full 3' × 2' of ad space. Contact our team to discuss solo sign sponsorship.
