Double and Full Banner sponsors can add a powerful digital layer to their mobile billboard — a 15-second sponsored video ad that plays inside our FFG app. When you add the video slot, you choose one target audience to reach: donors or recipients.
Your target audience is selected during onboarding after signup — our team will help you choose the best fit for your business.
Here's how it works: when a user in your chosen audience books or receives a pickup, they see a "Sponsored Discount Available" notice. They click, watch your 15-second ad, then manually enter your branded code to unlock their discount.

Both-sides bonus is guaranteed for your full initial 90-day commitment and continues as long as FFG operates under its current volunteer model. If that changes, you'll receive 30 days notice — and can cancel at renewal without penalty.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the process and timing for my ad to launch?
Once you complete your sponsor enrollment, you'll receive instructions on how to submit your ad content (logo, tagline/URL, etc.). Our team show you a proof of your banner ad and send it to you for review and approval. Once approved, we'll add it to our next production run—typically within 7-14 days—and your ad will begin appearing on the trailer.
If your order includes Video Ads, you'll receive next steps for video ad creation.
Can I change my logo or information later?
Yes! You can update your ad content anytime by contacting our team. As an existing sponsor, the production fee is reduced to $75 (vs. $125 for new sponsors). If your ad appears on multiple trailers (uncommon), the production fee applies per trailer.
How can I track my ad performance?
You'll receive a tracking report showing the dates, hours, and zip codes where your ad appeared. Routes vary by time of day, so you'll see different neighborhood coverage across trips.
Bonus: Your Ad may get more hours per month than the allotted amount.
What happens if I need to cancel before my commitment period ends?
If you cancel early on a commitment plan, you'll be charged:
1) The difference between your discounted rate and the standard rate for each month you received the discount
2) A $75 early cancellation fee
You must cancel at least 10 days before your next billing date.
Can I upgrade/downgrade my ad size ad later?
Yes! You can upgrade/downgrade your plan anytime—more space or video ad subject to availability. Changes begin at your next billing cycle.
If more space is not available you can secure space iin advance for the next banner when it opens.
How many sponsors are on each trailer? (Can I be the only sponsor?)
Most trailer signs have 4 advertising slots per side (each side is a separate sign). The actual number of sponsors will per banner will be 1-4 depending on how many single, double or full slots are used.
Want exclusive visibility? You can secure all 4 slots by securing the full ad space (all 4 slots). That is one of the ordering options.

We also provide vocational training and employment opportunities for program members, helping them develop real-world skills while serving families in need. These hands-on experiences not only create jobs but also build confidence, purpose, and long-term independence.
